Returns and Cancellations

The eZedia Online Store Refund Policy applies only to purchases processed via the eZedia Online Store. For other purchases, refer to eZedia Refund Policy.

eZedia wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience. We go to great lengths to produce a trial version with which customers can ensure their satisfaction and system compatibility.

How do I get a refund?
Within 30 days of purchase, eZedia will accept the return of any product purchased directly from the eZedia Online Store. eZedia cannot process returns for products and services purchased from another source. Indirect orders of products and services must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source.

Note: Services, Support, Training, eCDs, Shipping & Handling are non-refundable.

Product Returns
If you have purchased a product within the last 30 days, do the following:
1.) Contact eZedia Customer Service
Phone: 1-800-843-4644 (available in North America) or +1-610-645-4065
E-mail: eseller.support@ezedia.com
Provide the following information:
- the order number
- your full name
- the product you are returning
- the serial number, if applicable
- the reason for the return

2.) The Customer Service representative will have you do the following:
For digital products, you will be asked to print and complete a Letter of Software Destruction:

Note: To help you complete the Letter of Software Destruction, the Customer Service representative will provide you with the purchase price and order number.

3.) After eZedia has received and processed the Letter of Software Destruction, a credit will be issued within 48 hours. You will be refunded by the same method as your payment.

How do I cancel my order?
Digital download orders cannot be cancelled as these are immediately processed. Please follow the How do I get a refund? instructions.

What is non-refundable?
Services, Support, Training, eCDs, Shipping & Handling are non-refundable.

What if my eCD is damaged?
If you receive a CD that is damaged or defective, it will be replaced at no charge.
For questions about your eCD, contact eCD@esellerate.net.

What if I want to exchange a product for another product?
Within 30 days of purchase, eZedia will accept the exchange of any product purchased directly from eZedia. Exchanges can only be processed by first returning the original purchase. Please follow the How do I get a refund? instructions.
