What is my order status?
Orders are automatically processed. eCD orders are shipped promptly - within two business days via First Class/Airmail.
Before contacting us on the status of your eCD shipment, we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for domestic purchases and 3-4 weeks
for international orders.

Is there an Extended Download Service?
Customers do not have to pay for extended downloads. However, you can redownload the eZedia product you have purchased up to 3 times.

What is eCD?
Protect your purchase with an eCD. Get a backup CD of your downloadable software mailed directly to you on a CD. This feature is only available as an additional service to the purchase of a digital product and cannot be purchased as a stand alone product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. eZedia's e-commerce provider, eSellerate, is working hard to include even more payment methods for our customers.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via the secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of sale.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "ES *eZedia Inc."

Do I have to pay sales tax?
eSellerate charges applicable sales tax for Nebraska residents. Sales tax is then automatically computed for the product(s).
Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied on all digital products sold in to EU countries. EU customers will have the ability to enter their VAT ID for VAT exception. The Value Added Tax (VAT) ID number applies only if you are placing a business order for a business in the European Union that has a current VAT ID.

I need a copy of my invoice
After each processed order, eSellerate e-mails an invoice to each customer. As a backup, you can access the online eSellerate After-Sales Services to get an invoice.

Can I order without a credit card?
At this time, the eZedia Online Store accepts only credit cards. eZedia's e-commerce provider, eSellerate, is working hard to include even more payment methods for our customers.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

How do I enter a shipping address?
If you ordered an eCD, the order form will ask you if you would like the product shipped to the same address as your billing address.
If you do not want the product shipped to same address, do not check off "Shipping Address same as above" and you will be prompted for shipping information after you hit the submit button.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the Credit Card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or
a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error.
If you do have problems, you can contact eSellerate Support at support@esellerate.net.
Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
