Often, radiology can be a complex and difficult subject to learn which is one of the unfortunate necessities of becoming a doctor. With eZediaMX I can make more lively powerful interactive teaching modules. It is a fact that students of all ages learn more easily when they are involved in the process. In my presentations I can propose questions and have my students test their knowledge by responding interactively to my questions and learning from their errors. The beauty of eZediaMX is that it is extremely easy to use but can create highly intricate and detailed presentations. As well, since it is so simple, complex tasks are extremely easy to perform in eZediaMX. Using the DICOM plug-in interface with QuickTime I am able to acquire images from various medical equipment such as MRI and CT scanners as well as ultrasound machines. I save these images as simple .jpg formats and easily integrate them into my presentations using eZedia. I am able to then build interactivity into the presentations by allowing my students to answer questions and learn from their responses. eZediaMX is just a really amazing software tool and I look forward to seeing where the company and I can take this software in the future.
