Title II - Part A: Teacher and Principal Training and Recruiting Fund
The purpose of Title II - Part A is to provide grants to State educational agencies, local educational agencies, State agencies for higher education, and eligible partnerships in order to increase the academic achievement of all students by helping schools and districts improve teacher and principal quality, and to ensure that all teachers are highly qualified.
