eZedia Awards 3 New Apple eMacs
eZedia Announces the Zoom-ed Classroom Contest Winners at Technology + Learning Conference
DALLAS, TEXAS - November 13, 2002 eZedia Inc., a leader in digital media software technology, announced today at NSBA's Technology + Learning Conference, the winners of the 2002 Zoom-ed Classroom Contest. Lois Soto's Group 2 class from Carver Elementary School in Long Beach, CA, USA; Marsha Goren's 6th grade class from Ein Ganim Elementary School in Petach Tikva, Israel; and Craig Mackenzie's 10th grade class from Whitemouth School in Whitemouth, MB, Canada, have won a new Apple eMac for their classroom, and a copy of eZediaMX for every student in their class!
"It was exciting to see the creative multimedia projects that were entered from around the world." said Stefan Embleton, President and Chief Executive Officer, of eZedia Inc.
"These projects demonstrate how students of all ages can communicate and learn in the digital medium, using eZediaMX. Just as interesting were the many unique ways educators integrated this contest into their lessons in a variety of different subject areas."
