eZedia Conflict of Interest Agreement

Access to the eZedia is now a division of SAFARI Video Networks, LLC. Beta Testing Web Site is restricted to prospective testers without a conflict of interest regarding information pertaining to eZedia is now a division of SAFARI Video Networks, LLC. pre-release products. Pre-release software and related resources are considered confidential; therefore, all those accepted as Beta Testers must sign the eZedia Beta Testing Agreement (which includes a legally-binding nondisclosure agreement) before access is permitted. In addition, eZedia's standard form End User License Agreement, including the Beta Version Addendum contained therein (such End User License Agreement and Beta Version Addendum being hereinafter collectively referred to as the "EULA"), shall apply to anyone who is accepted as a Beta Tester.

Employees and affiliates of competitors to eZedia is now a division of SAFARI Video Networks, LLC. are not eligible to become eZedia Beta Testers.

Accessing information, obtaining materials pertaining to eZedia is now a division of SAFARI Video Networks, LLC. pre-release software, testing, or applying for testing, and disclosing and/or using such information in any way that compromises the confidentiality of eZedia is now a division of SAFARI Video Networks, LLC., discloses publicly any unannounced information, or compromises eZedia is now a division of SAFARI Video Networks, LLC.'s competitive position, is strictly prohibited. Violations of these conditions will be civilly prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.

Explicitly, this bars from testing and further entry into this web site, persons involved in the development and/or production and/or marketing of competing products. IP Addresses and/or domain names of people accessing this web site are logged for verification.
